Conversion, RV, School Bus -

Often times, aesthetics take a back seat once our projects reach functionality. This is precisely what happened with our bus build once we moved out of Tampa and to our new small town of Marion, NC. It was livable, so we were living in it! On our third iteration of our racing simulator, we eliminated all of the issues we had found with the first two iterations. We also researched other rigs available on the market, and watched countless reviews on them on YouTube to see what other people wanted out of their setups. We didn't drastically change the design from V2, because most of it worked very well. Racing Simulator, rig, sim -

We purchased a complete set of Fanatec components for our racing simulator. The quality is all top notch, and the design is very thought out.... except for the handbrake. We used the handbrake for about 2 days and a bolt sheared within it. Rather than mess with the faulty unit, we went ahead and made our own, using real automotive components! It uses real hydraulics, and when the handbrake is pulled, the slave cylinder squeezes on a series of bushings to simulate actually compressing a brake caliper.

Our local ERA branch was looking for a custom piece to hang in their waiting room to give it a modern twist. We created a large steel background, and placed their logo in the middle. We think it really changed the look!
