Shipping Times and Return Policy Terms and Conditions

Shipping Times:
Due to the fact we are a husband and wife team, we try and ship all our orders out within 5 business days, though sometimes we cannot hit that goal depending on our order quantity. All our items are made to order, and therefore we must build your order before we ship. We do not keep inventory. We thank you so much for your order, and your patience as we work through our orders!

Please note that by upgrading shipping does not expedite the manufacturing and packing process.

Adding additional options to your order, such as powder coating, may add additional time to your order.

Asking for tracking information: We have lots of orders, and try to be busy in the shop creating and shipping these orders. We receive so many tracking inquiries, before our 5 business day lead time, that we do not have the time to answer them. So please do not be upset if we do not respond to these requests.

Return Terms and Conditions:
We accept returns on items that do not meet our description. We do not accept returns on custom items (such as door cards), since these are made to order and it can take time for someone to order the same options. We do not accept returns on items that have been mishandled or not returned in the same condition as we have shipped them. 

Cancelled Orders:
If an order has been cancelled after we have already built your order, we will not offer a refund. This is due to the fact we do not carry inventory, and will have to store the item until it is purchased again in the future. During the storage time, items can be damaged or scratched, therefore we do not offer cancellations.
