Q: Did my order ship yet?
A: We are a husband and wife team. We try and offer the best quality that we can, and ship everything out in a timely manner. We strive to ship all our orders within 5 business days from the date of your order, but sometimes we may slip a day or two, in order to still provide the best quality we can.

Q: Can you provide a tracking number?
A: We have lots of orders, and try to be busy in the shop creating and shipping these orders. We receive so many tracking inquiries, before our 5 business day lead time, that we do not have the time to answer them. So please do not be upset if we do not respond to these requests.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on items that do not meet our description. We do not accept returns on custom items (such as door cards), since these are made to order and it can take time for someone to order the same options. We do not accept returns on items that have been mishandled or not returned in the same condition as we have shipped them. 

Q: Can I buy your dxf files so that I can make something on my CNC machine?
A: No. If we do not specifically advertise a file as for sale, it just is not for sale. We work hard to make all our files, hours and hours, sometimes days, or more! We cannot sell our hard earned files. Besides, it is just plain rude to ask.

Q: Are door panels sold in pairs or individually?
A: All our listings are for a PAIR of door panels, unless you specifically ask for a single panel.

Q: I need a custom sign for my business, how much will it cost?
A: Please provide some information regarding the sign you would like. We need an idea for design, a size, and the logo that will be used to create it. Please also keep in mind that custom orders are limited at this time, due to increased sales volume of standard orders.
